You will enjoy our modern, well-equipped kitchen. There is a full range of cooking utensils, pots, crockery, bowls and cleaning products, as well as a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, George Foreman grill and microwave. 

We supply a range of ‘essentials’ so that you don’t need to bring the kitchen sink: tea, coffee, sugar and milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper and condiments.

There will be some treats to welcome you on your arrival too.

We can provide a home cooked meal or continental breakfast on request – just let us know before you come.

Feel like you're at home with our cosy lounge with a SMART TV, a selection of books and games for both children and adults!

The cottage can sleep 5 persons: the master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed while the second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds comprising a double on bottom and single on top. A fold down bed is also available so 6 persons can be accommodated.

A modern simple bathroom comprises a spacious bath and shower. Orkney Soap bubble bath, shampoo and hand-wash are provided, as well as other essential items. Towels are provided for all visitors.

Heating and laundry

The cottage is very cosy with air source heating. There is constant hot water by way of immersion. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, along with washing powder, an outside drying line and a clothes horse inside.

Outside

The cottage has its own parking area and garden, with picnic table and BBQ. Bikes are located in one of the outbuildings and are free to use during your holiday.

Pets and children

Pets and children are very welcome at Dale. There is a roomy porch where your canines can sleep and we can provide a range of items on request for babies and toddlers: travel cot, high chair, dishes and toys.
